Setup MFA with Microsoft Authenticator App

You will need to download and install the Microsoft Authenticator on your mobile device from the app store. Below are QR codes that will take you directly to the app to download. Once you have downloaded Microsoft Authenticator, open the application.

Attempt to sign in to your email or workstation with your Microsoft account. The first time signing in after MFA implementation, you’ll be prompted to set up MFA for your email. Click “Next”

Scan the provided code with the Microsoft Authenticator app QR code reader. Once this is done, you will click “next” and move on. It may ask you for a phone number as well. Follow the prompts to provide these details and then click “done.”
